Feeling somewhat refreshed and wanting to get straight back into the swing of things we headed out to Hon Shiba for a couple of hours with Jo and Bettina. Emily and Isy looked really happy to see each other and many hugs were exchanged with her and Tim. Though hot there was enough breeze to make it bearable, especially with our feet cooling in the pool. We finally repaired to Starbucks, where the kids drove the other customers crazy with their noise and antics.
Despite her mega lie-in, Emily was tired after having no nap so there were problems at dinner time. I put her in the bath and then managed to spoon feed her some of her meal afterwards. I didn't lose it with her as she must have been feeling very mixed up with the jetlag.
